I just felt compelled this morning to send you a message.  More times than not we only contact businesses to complain.  The service you have provided us over the years has been outstanding.  The drivers have always been nice to work with no matter what the weather. You send someone out every week to check if our tank needs a refill.  You have contacted us when prices are down to help your customers.  When ever I have contacted your office I get a call back right away with the information I need.  Thank you very much for all you do, I can't think of anything I would change.
